How to Place an Order
To ensure the best quality and service please place your orders at least 3 business days in advance.
Late orders & revisions are subject to additional fees.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event time will require the invoice to be paid in full.
Our minimum catering order is $75
All invoices reflect applicable Virginia State Tax.
All staffed events incur a $30 per hour/per staff fee, with a 4 hour minimum.
A 20% service charge is applied to all staffed event orders.
All necessary serving utensils, buffet signage, buffet equipment, tables, compostable cutlery, plates, napkins, and standard table linens are included in our prices.
There will be additional fees for unreturned catering equipment.
The full balance is due the day of the event. If the balance is not paid in full within 30 days of the event date there is a 2% late fee added each month until invoice is paid in full.

Menu changes/additions added after 10:00am the business day before event $50.00.
